These dates are published for guidance.   Any changes will be shown in the latest news section of our Home page

The earlier you send us material, the more likely it is we can include it

Contributions received after first post, or e-mail contributions received after 9am, on the copy date, cannot be included in the printed magazine.

Contributions received after the magazine is full cannot be included in the printed magazine.

We update the web pages each week, so keep sending us the dates even if you are too late for the magazine
